TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND REGISTRATION INTO THE RESERVATION SYSTEM

We guarantee your reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reserved time has elapsed. If you encounter any issues, such as transportation delays, please let us know by phone, and we will gladly extend your reservation.
A table is automatically reserved for a two-hour stay.
For online reservations for 6 or more guests, please pay a fee (deposit) of 250 CZK per person. Payment is processed online via the GLOBAL PAYMENTS payment gateway upon completing the reservation. The amount will be deducted from the final bill for consumption.
To complete the reservation, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you will be required to enter your payment card details in the GLOBAL PAYMENTS payment gateway.
If you cancel the reservation 72 hours in advance via info@towerpark.cz, the fee will be refunded in full. In case of a no-show or failure to cancel the reservation, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, we will inform you at the email address provided during the reservation, no later than 72 hours before the reservation.
The recommended dress code is at least smart casual. Otherwise, seating may be denied.
Celebrations and large parties are welcome. To maintain the quality of services provided, we offer a limited menu for groups of 13 or more.
For group reservations of 6 or more people, a 10% service charge will be applied to the final bill.
