We value our guests and take commitments seriously. Your seats are ready, and everything is set up for you, but please arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time. If you encounter transportation issues and anticipate a delay, please let us know in advance, and we will gladly hold your table.
Your table or reservation is automatically booked for 2 hours.
For online reservations for 6 and more guests (including), it is necessary to pay a fee of 250 CZK per person. Payment will be processed online via the GLOBAL PAYMENTS payment gateway upon completing the reservation, and then deducted from your account.
Changed your plans? Cancel your reservation 72 hours in advance at info@towerpark.cz, and the fee will be refunded.
In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel the reservation, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
To our exceptional spaces belongs style. The proper man wears long trousers and closed shoes. Ladies shine in taste and elegance. The stylish DRESS CODE is SMART CASUAL or CHIC ELEGANT.
Celebrations and large parties are welcome. To maintain the quality of services provided, we offer a limited menu for groups of 13 or more.
Please note that for group reservations of 6 or more people, a 10% service charge will be applied.
We reserve the right to relocate or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you via the email address provided during the reservation, no later than 72 hours before the reservation.
Please be advised that to complete the reservation, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you will be required to enter your payment card details in the GLOBAL PAYMENTS payment gateway.
